<\/strong>A Journey about Energy and Essence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve always been drawn to what gives energy, the energy of people, places, and purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Energy is my compass, because I know what it\u2019s like to fight for it. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since an early age, I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease. It felt like dragging myself through life, while everyone told me I was fine. So I learned discipline. Fierce discipline. I lived on willpower and survival instinct, controlling what I could (being as healthy and fit as I could be) while chasing what lit me up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s how I found my path, by following energy. I started an event production company at age 23, worked in productions for events with 150,000+ spectators, addicted to the electrifying magic of big crowds. The pressure demanded everything from me, but I loved it. And then a serious car accident shattered the identity I\u2019d built around performance and forced me to ask: who am I when I stop?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started to skate and surf because adrenalin and dopamine made the pain and fatigue disappear. With this I found the immense benefits of doing action sports. I\u2019ve come to know the power they hold, to find a community to feel at home with and building immense physical and emotional resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After many painful years of recovery, and keeping my company going, I decided not to go back to big events anymore and chose to literally leave. So I did. Twelve years ago, I followed a long-held connection I felt with Tarifa in Spain and moved to this place where two seas and two continents meet. I started a small surf and kite guesthouse, moved to let my horses run free on the beach, and found a different rhythm, one that was about prioritising. I kept my company but no longer took on projects that drained energy. Work, even 12-hour days, can and should give you energy. Is the answer in moving? No. You are you, wherever you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building instant \u201cfamilies\u201d within diverse teams in events, working under tight deadlines, and achieving the impossible together taught me what true connection and leadership means. Captivated by how action sports and shared passions bring people together I organised projects in schools for many years. And I still organise events like the World Championship Longboard (skate) and projects within communities around lifestyle or action sports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually, I took this focus one step further to a micro level, working one-on-one as a coach. Coaching has allowed me to distill everything I\u2019ve learned into deeply personal transformations. My mission remains the same: to help people ignite their passions, clear away what unnecessarily drains them, connect with themselves and others, and build lives they truly love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who want to wake up excited, not just functioning. People who\u2019ve achieved, survived, pushed, but who crave more truth, more spark, more connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t self-help. This is self-reclamation. Because life is about discovering your own path and living it fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
