4. Do I have to follow a strict program?
Absolutely not. My coaching is designed to work with your life, not add more pressure or tasks. This isn’t about ticking boxes or following someone else’s formula—it’s about creating your unique path, at your own pace.
5. How long does coaching take?
That depends on you and your goals. Some clients see big shifts in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper transformation. We can create a plan that works for your needs and lifestyle. Normally we do an intake and after the intake 5 sessions.
6. I’ve tried self-help books and they didn’t work. How is this different?
Self-help books often give one-size-fits-all advice, leaving you to figure out how to apply it. Coaching, on the other hand, is entirely personalised. Instead of telling you what to do, I help you uncover the answers already within you and take steps that feel natural and exciting—not overwhelming. Also ‘to know’ is something else than ‘to do’. Together we wil ‘do’ in a way this becomes naturally yours.

Costs
The intake and each session (1 hour) costs €99 (excluding VAT for companies). When booking 4 or 5 sessions, the intake is free! This offer is designed to provide extra motivation to complete the full coaching program.
